Request removal of your personal data

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data from our systems, you can submit a request through the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your RhomeX account:

• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion by entering your password
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@rhomex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A brief description of the data you want deleted

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account profile and personal information
• Contacts, listings, and communication history
• Any AI-generated content associated with your account
• Website data and published agent websites

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
